Director of Youth and Family Ministries

First Presbyterian Church of Evanston is seeking a Director of Youth and Family Ministries to lead a strong, well-supported ministry in a diverse, progressive, and intergenerational community. Located near Lake Michigan and Northwestern University, our church is committed to knowing, following, and serving Jesus Christ.

This role will oversee a dynamic ministry that includes youth groups, summer mission trips, family small groups, and the annual Christmas pageant. Working alongside a collaborative staff team and with solid administrative support, the director will help shape a ministry that forms children and youth for a lasting life of faith.

We are looking for a thoughtful, relational leader who can build on a strong foundation and guide the next season of growth. This is an opportunity to serve in a community that values both deep tradition and meaningful outreach.
