We offer coaching for children’s, youth, college, and community ministry leaders. Coaching can help leaders address a range of vocational challenges — whether they’re stepping into a new position, navigating a transition, or facing challenges in their current role.

Our experienced coaches draw from their own ministry leadership backgrounds to provide relevant and practical support. Through deep listening, thoughtful questions, and personalized guidance, they help leaders overcome obstacles with confidence.

Coaching Details

Coaching sessions may be virtual or in-person and last between 45 minutes to one hour.
Sessions are offered on a monthly, bi-monthly, or weekly basis.
Three to six month contracts are available, and may be extended.
Coaches provide a confidential and supportive space for growth.
Topics may include communication, collaboration, adaptability, problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict management.
Material may also be developed based on challenges and goals identified by the coachee’s supervisor.
