FAQs

How much does church staffing cost at the Ministry Leadership Center?

Our staffing fees are on a sliding scale and depend on the complexity of your search. Please inquire to learn more. For ministries seeking trained leaders, we believe you’ll find our fees are half the cost of other staffing services.

To cover the cost of our programs, our partners typically include training as a benefit in their new hire’s salary package. We can help you create a salary package that includes a service agreement to pay for the program. The Ministry Leadership Center also provides grants to partners with demonstrated need to cover a portion of the program’s cost.

Partners must allow their leader to participate in all components of the program. For the Graduate Program, there are four academic intensives per semester in Austin, TX. For the Certificate Program, there are four instructional retreats per year in Kansas City, or your leader may join online via livestream.
