The Director will cultivate relationships with students, parents, and volunteers, and create meaningful bridge-building connections within the church and broader community. Ideal candidates should demonstrate strong communication skills and a deep, growing relationship with Jesus Christ. Position Description:
The Student Ministry Director is responsible for supporting the mission of Christ Church while developing the student ministry. The Director will lead the ministry by developing teams for the spiritual development of students in grades 6-12. This includes discipleship, leadership, service, retreats, events, and worship to strengthen their love for Jesus and community.
