Description
This lesson invites young people to reflect honestly on prayer; what they already believe about it, how they’ve experienced it, and whether it feels meaningful in their lives. Most students come into the room with assumptions shaped by habit, disappointment, or unanswered questions.
Rather than prescribing answers, this session creates space to reconsider the role of prayer in a life of faith. Through a guided contemplative practice of the Jesus Prayer, students are invited to encounter prayer not as performance or problem-solving, but as attentiveness, presence, and relationship with God.
