GCPC is seeking an enthusiastic Youth Ministries Coordinator to engage our expanding ministry to students in 6th–12th grades. This is an exciting time to join our team—with a sizable group of incoming 6th graders as well as the current 5th graders who will move up the following year, our youth program is experiencing natural momentum for distinct middle and high school ministry tracks.
The GCPC youth program has a long history and we seek a candidate with the knowledge and skills necessary to move it forward as the next youth cohort grows. We also welcome candidates who are relatively new to ministry as our leadership is committed to mentoring and supporting the right person as they grow into this role. The position will work under our DCE and Youth Ministry Team who will provide overall vision, leadership, and oversight, allowing the Youth Ministries Coordinator to focus on direct youth engagement and program delivery.
Our Commitment to You: GCPC is committed to walking alongside the Youth Ministries Coordinator with mentorship, support, and the resources needed to thrive. Our pastor, DCE, and Youth Ministry Team will provide ongoing guidance to help the right candidate develop their gifts and grow in ministry effectiveness. We believe in investing in people—not just programs.
