Youth Ministry Director

• Recruit, lead, and invest in a team of volunteers to facilitate weekly programming for children and youth.
• Offer experiences like Mission Camp, Vacation Bible School, confirmation, etc. where children and youth experience God.
• Disciple the youth, and volunteers through prayer, fellowship, study, accountability, and service.
• Coordinate with the Lead Pastor about content for children and youth that aligns with Methodist/Wesleyan theology.
• Build upon the existing intergenerational culture of the church.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to collective ministry.
• Must be 3 years older than students; preferred age 25 for van rentals.
• Abide by the staff covenant.

Metrics of Success

• A strong and energized group of volunteers.
• Children and youth growing in their faith and knowledge.
• Growing attendance at weekly programming.
• Strong relationship building through local service.
