Develop a thriving, transformational ministry with our Theological Innovation Process.
Leading a thriving ministry requires more than just a good idea. The Ministry Transformation Lab brings together design thinking, practical theology, and asset-based community development to help your faith community transform how you develop ministries.
Starting something new or making a change can feel overwhelming. But with the right support, it can be a journey of joy and growth for your community. Our consultants will help you assemble a team to examine your faith community’s culture, explore existing assets, and discern how God is calling your faith community to grow.

One of our consultants will guide you and your team through our multi-month Theological Innovation Process. We’ll help you assess the health of your faith community’s culture. Then your team will explore the needs and assets in your community and discern ministry opportunities.
Next, you’ll prototype ideas in your context and build a strategy to make the new ministry sustainable. Our staff will support you every step of the way and customize the experience to your unique needs.
