Small, but vibrant, multigenerational, elder-led church in Murfreesboro, TN is searching for a student pastor. Position would be ministry leadership for youth and college/young adults. Our church is located two miles from 20K+ public university. Our church has historically been supportive of student ministry with a dedicated area and competitive budget.
Though our student ministry is numerically small (30+ on Wednesday nights) we have a loyal group, committed student ministry volunteer team, and supportive parents. The student ministry has an active weekly, monthly and year round schedule which includes camps, retreat, outreach events, and an international mission trip for high school and college students.
Position has been part-time for the past few years, but the church is open to discussion for a full time position. We are financially stable to provide a competitive salary and moving expenses.
