Ministry Leadership Center and Eastern University Announce Optional Degree Pathway for Emerging Ministry Leaders

Ministry Leadership Center Certificate Students Learning

The Ministry Leadership Center (MLC) is pleased to announce a new partnership with Eastern University that provides an optional academic pathway for participants in the MLC Certificate Program. This collaboration supports MLC’s mission to equip leaders and faith communities for transformational ministry by expanding opportunities for continued theological education and professional development.

Through this partnership, Eastern University will offer 24 undergraduate credits toward its Bachelor of Arts in Ministry Leadership, available online or on campus, to individuals who complete MLC’s two-year Certificate Program. This degree pathway is an added benefit for participants who wish to pursue further education; it is not a requirement of the certificate program. This partnership reflects our shared commitment to cultivating well-formed ministry leaders who are equipped to meet the challenges and opportunities of today’s church.

We are thrilled to collaborate with Eastern University to expand the educational opportunities available to our certificate program participants. This pathway affirms the high level of training within the MLC Certificate and creates a meaningful bridge for leaders who want to further their studies while continuing to serve their communities.

– Rev. Dietrich Kirk, President of the Ministry Leadership Center
