Dear ?????,
I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for taking the time to write a reference for ???? to the Center for Youth Ministry Training.  ???? has started their graduate residency and is working at ????? as the youth director.  As a part of the graduate residency program, ???? started the Master of Arts in Youth Ministry program at Memphis Theological Seminary.
We are trilled to have ???? as a part of our program for the next 3 years.  Our vision is to equip youth ministers and churches to develop theologically informed and practically effective youth ministries.  Thank you for your role in supporting and preparing them to be in ministry.
