Uncharted: CYMT "Theology Together" Immersion Experience

IT’S NOT A MISSION TRIP. IT’S NOT A CAMP. IT’S UNCHARTED.  History is filled with stories of those who have gone off-the-grid and beyond the map to discover what others have never known. This summer, join us in exploring faith in uncharted territory as we ask together some of the big questions: THIS SUMMER TAKE YOUR FAITH OFF-THE-GRID How can we have hope in the face of tragedy? Why is there suffering and injustice in our world? What are we called to do about it? And where is God in the midst of it all?  Such questions require a journey beyond thin answers and mapped-out responses, where the destination is not always certain but where true faith happens. Through experiences that upend our usual ways of explaining the world we’ll explore these questions together in service, worship, and theological discussion. In the process, you’ll come to understand yourself, your world, your calling, and your God in new ways. Official registration will open at theologytogether.com December 1, 2013.
