Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Lead weekly youth and children’s ministry programs, including Wednesday night youth groups, Sunday school, confirmation classes, and special seasonal events.
  • Work closely with volunteers, mentoring and empowering them to lead, serve, and foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for youth and families.
  • Collaborate with the congregation to engage the community and promote youth involvement in church life.
  • Support the growth of the program, working to increase youth participation and build relationships with local schools.

Compensation

Salary + $12,000/year for the 3 year Masters of Arts in Youth Ministry (see below for more details!)
