Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Grow Student Ministries
    Oversee dynamic ministry programs for middle school, high school, and college students, fostering spiritual growth through engaging weekly gatherings, Bible studies, and discipleship initiatives.

  • Build Meaningful Relationships
    Create a welcoming and safe environment by building strong, authentic relationships with students and their families, helping young people feel seen, supported, and connected.
  • Plan Events and Service Opportunities
    Organize impactful events, retreats, and service projects that inspire faith, strengthen community, and encourage students to live out their beliefs.
  • Collaborate and Connect Beyond the Church
    Partner with local schools, Western Kentucky University, and campus ministries to extend outreach and ministry impact into the broader community.
