Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Create engaging, fun, and spiritually formative programming that connects with students, parents, and volunteers.
  • Identify and train adult leaders who can partner in ministry and lead alongside students.
  • Actively communicate needs and build strong relationships with parents and congregants to support youth initiatives.
  • Be highly relational—engage students where they are, connect quickly, and invest in their spiritual growth.

Desired Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Significant Ministry Leadership Experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build quick trust and meaningful connections with students and families.
  • Proven ability to cast vision and create structure in a startup or rebuilding ministry context.
  • Possesses strong character, understands professional boundaries, and can engage differing opinions with grace.

Salary

$50,000-$60,000
