Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Develop and Lead Youth Programs
    Plan, organize, and lead two monthly youth programs—one hosted at either church and one off-site—aimed at building faith, community, and engagement among middle and high school students.
  • Participate in Worship and Faith Formation Activities
    Attend worship and education programming at both congregations twice per month, offering liturgy support, children’s sermons, and leading youth Sunday school and youth group (in person and digitally).
  • Collaborate with Support Teams and Church Staff
    Work closely with Youth Programming Support Teams and church staff to create inclusive, meaningful programming and communicate events through email, newsletters, and social media.

    Comfortable using tools like email, social media, and digital content creation to connect with youth and families in both in-person and online environments.
