Job Summary - Hiring Two Youth Directors!

Responsibilities

  • Lead dynamic Middle School or High School ministries, engaging youth through fun, educational, and meaningful experiences.
  • Create opportunities for students to serve in local and global missions.
  • Develop creative strategies to enhance youth participation and outreach, addressing challenges like youth engagement and inclusion.
  • Foster relationships with youth and their families, ensuring active involvement and open communication.

Desired Skills & Qualities

  • 2-3 years experience working with young people in a faith based or educational setting.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Ministry or related field.
  • Spiritually mature and relational with a heart for youth and their families.
  • Comfortable handling conflict and maintaining healthy boundaries.
  • Willingness to take a team based, long-term approach—we are looking for collaborative leaders who are committed for the long haul.

Salary

Starting at $42,400 per year, plus $12,000 for Masters Program Tuition!
