Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow a Christ-centered youth ministry for middle and high school students that fosters spiritual development and community.
  • Plan and facilitate regular programming, events, and service opportunities that engage youth in meaningful, fun, and educational ways.
  • Build strong relationships with students, parents, volunteers, and church staff to create a supportive and inclusive environment.

  • Provide consistent leadership and communication to ensure stability and continuity within the youth ministry.
