As Director of Student Ministries, your success in this role means building on Asbury’s rich foundation while guiding the team and ministry with spiritual maturity, relational strength, and a clear vision for growth. This will be evident when the youth ministry staff is empowered and united under a collaborative, strategic leader who coaches rather than controls. The program will continue to thrive with strong student engagement, consistent attendance, and deepened relationships, particularly through student leadership and meaningful small group connections.
