Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Design and facilitate engaging programming for Sundays, Wednesdays, and other youth events that fosters spiritual growth, relational depth, and active participation. Maintain the strong community culture as the group grows, particularly with a large incoming class of junior high students.
  •  Recruit, train, and support adult volunteers and potential youth interns to serve effectively in youth ministry. Develop sustainable structures that match the ministry’s growth, ensuring continued support, safety, and engagement.
  • Encourage youth involvement in church-wide worship, mission projects, and outreach efforts. Facilitate connections across generations and ministries, helping students feel deeply rooted in the church’s mission and values.

  • Demonstrate warmth, energy, and authenticity in building meaningful relationships with youth, families, and church members. Outgoing and personable, with a passion for fostering community and connection.
