Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Plan, lead, and evaluate engaging programs and activities for youth in grades 6–12, including weekly gatherings, retreats, and mission opportunities.
  • Foster an inclusive, welcoming environment where all youth feel known, valued, and encouraged to grow in faith and leadership.
  • Organize and oversee the confirmation process, and maintain relationships with college-age students to support their ongoing faith journey.
  • Collaborate with church staff, parents, and volunteers to integrate youth more fully into worship, outreach, and the broader life of the church.
