Summary of Student Director Position
Union Church is a multicultural, multigenerational, and inclusive church that pursues flourishing together. The Student Director position plays a vital part in our church as we develop our students in Christ and partner together to create a unified culture at Union. The ideal candidate is a strong Christ follower and team player who cares for students, develops leaders, exercises entrepreneurial leadership, and collaborates well with others.
The Student Director position is responsible for providing leadership, spiritual care, and community development in areas that will include: student ministry, family support, outreach, equipping, community relations, congregational care, and other areas as agreed upon with the Senior Pastor.
