Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Lead and grow youth ministry programs for middle and high school students, including worship participation, confirmation, and mission trips that deepen faith and community connection.
  • Collaborate with and supervise the Director of Children’s Ministry to ensure a cohesive, intergenerational approach to family ministry from birth through 12th grade.
  • Build relationships with families and volunteers, fostering engagement, equipping leaders, and creating a welcoming environment where everyone feels they belong.
  • Develop creative outreach opportunities that connect families within the church and broader community, balancing tradition with fresh ideas that meet young people where they are.
