You can draw on a ministry setting you’ve experienced as a participant, volunteer, or leader as you work through these questions.

What four or five convictions about God, people, or following Jesus would you name as your theological rocks?

Choose one of those convictions. How has your own story shaped why it matters to you?

Imagine a young person spending time in a ministry grounded in that conviction. What would they experience?

Consider a difficult moment, such as a disagreement or someone feeling excluded. How could that conviction guide the way you respond?
