Ministry Leadership Center Officially Launches with New Brand and Website

Today marks a significant milestone in the life of an organization that has spent over two decades equipping leaders for transformational ministry. Formerly known as the Center for Youth Ministry Training, we proudly announce our rebrand as the Ministry Leadership Center, and the official launch of our new website.

The Ministry Leadership Center emerges from a season of deep discernment and faithful listening to God’s movement. Originally created to serve youth ministers through theological education and practical training, this organization’s vision has expanded over the years to support leaders working with children, college students, communities, and congregations across a variety of contexts.

“Our new brand will allow us to better support churches and non-profits as they reimagine ministry by equipping all kinds of leaders for transformational ministry so future generations embody Christ’s love in the world.”

– Rev. Dietrich “Deech” Kirk, President and CEO

Our new name, Ministry Leadership Center, comes with a fresh logo symbolizing upward momentum and collaboration – two mountain peaks coming together to represent connection and community. This vision is brought to life through a redesigned website, which serves as a central hub for ministry leaders to discover resources, training opportunities, and innovative initiatives.

The new website is more than just a design update. It is a reflection of our mission, our community, and our commitment to walk alongside ministry leaders wherever they are. Visitors are encouraged to explore the new site and learn more about how the Ministry Leadership Center is reimagining what faithful leadership can look like today.

To mark this milestone, we have released a short video featuring reflections from our founder and stories from former students. Watch the video below for a heartfelt look at CYMT’s journey to becoming the Ministry Leadership Center.

As the Ministry Leadership Center steps boldly into this new chapter, its heart remains the same: to walk faithfully with leaders, help them grow, and together, transform the world in Christ’s love.
